THE NITTY GRITTY LOGISTICS

We do not have a dive shop!! Please, please call us directly when you arrive, no matter how late it is! It is very important that we have a contact number for you!!!  Our "Robotic Secretary" works 24 hours a day (unlike us, it doesn't take coffee breaks or sneak off to go diving.) Please leave the following info: name, where you are staying, phone number if available, any gear you might need, and heights and weights if you need either a BC or a wet suit. Then, if we fail to connect, we’ll have the proper gear for you when you arrive at the boat.

We normally meet at 7:15 AM at the first launch ramp on the north (airport) side of Honokohau Harbor (about 3 miles north of town.) Our boat and truck are all 2-tone blue with “Dive Makai” all over everything. Come on over, say "Hi, we're ………., and we're diving with you today.” We'll take your gear, show you where to park and get the paperwork done so we can start you off on a great day. We usually get back to the harbor around 1:00 or 1:30 PM
